Project Description:

The project consists of the construction of numerous structures and new buildings to improve the treatment of the storm and sanitary influent water and engages a new technology of processing the sludge contents.

The contract includes a new Blower Building and a Residual Building for processing sludge and a new Clarifier, Aeration and Anozic Basins for treatment along with restructuring of a Sludge Lagoon that will also serve as an overflow for greater treatment capacities along with updated gas equipment and digester rehabilitation to improve the efficiency of the existing systems within the guidelines of the EPA.

WBCI will be self performing the excavation, structural concrete work, installation of the process equipment, and the coordination and scheduling of the mechanical and electrical subcontractors’ work required to maintain the plant operations at all times throughout the project.

WBCI also recently completed the Phase 1 improvements at the plant which included a new Headworks Building.
